Credits Policy

  1. No Shows:

    • Credits will be approved if the customer does not show up for the scheduled appointment.

    • A "No Show" is defined as the customer not being present at the scheduled appointment time and location without prior notification or rescheduling.

  2. Refusal of Inspection:

    • Credits will be approved if the customer refuses the inspection upon the inspector's arrival.

    • Refusal of inspection includes any instance where the customer denies the inspector access to the property or declines the inspection services after the inspector has arrived.
       

Non-Credit Scenarios

  1. No Damage Found:

    • No credits will be issued if the inspection is completed and no damage is found.

    • The determination of no damage is an opinion and is impossible to define. However, we will provide a storm date for each property.

  2. Appointment Timing:

    • No credits will be issued if the appointment is conducted outside of the agreed-upon time provided by the initial scheduling email.

    • Please make every effort to adhere to the scheduled appointment time, but circumstances may occasionally necessitate adjustments. You may contact the homeowner and reschedule at your own risk of losing the appointment.


Additional Conditions

  • All credit requests must be submitted within 24 Hours of the scheduled appointment date.

  • Requests for credits should be sent to by replying all to the original appointment email.

  • RoofNuts LLC reserves the right to review and verify all credit requests and may require additional documentation or evidence to process the request.
